My happy list

Arctic root (rosenrot) works. The tablet can actually help in making me feel good and focused. But last week, a found a better method in making me happy. I have learned to set up a short list of daily goals - and achieving them. It actually gives me a sense of pride and contentment in achieving something every day. It makes me feel like a superwoman.
At the start of the day, it can feel rather bleak. Especially when there are so many things to do at work and home. The trick is to look at the list and just focus on them.
