The villas in Långängsstrand

Enormous. They were enormous. Huge houses with up to three floors, some of them. The houses stand on huge lots, with a view of the waters and Tranholmen. I am not surprised if these houses cost around ten million crowns.
These people who live here are extremely rich. I haven't actually seen that super rich part of Sweden yet, until now.
There were only a few people walking about here. Most of them are blond, white people. Some of them are friendly, they smiled at us, and one man even bothered to tell us where we could find flowers to take pictures of - considering that we didn't ask, which meant the he himself approached to tell us.
Friendly people who thought we were from the area.
I am impressed by their wealth.

I once lived in a huge house - a mansion - with three floors and two annexes. I lived in Oman then. We had a gardener and a cleaning lady. Our voices echoed when we talked. The roof was so high - it had a dome in the center.
I'll probably never live in a big house again. But honestly, I don't miss that kind of life. Wealth doesn't really mean much if one is unhappy. Although money helps somehow to entertain one. To alleviate some problems. But it is not everything, as I have experienced.

Even if I won 54 million crowns, I probably would't buy a huge house. I'd be afraid of...ghosts! booo!
