Yup, the famous Swedish actress was buried here in Skogskyrkogården, or woodland cemetery, in Stockholm. Skogskyrkogården is a Unesco world heritage site.
And who is Greta Garbo? Just one of the greatest Hollywood actresses of all time. In 1999 she was ranked fifth on American Film Institutes list of greatest female starts of all time, after Katharine Hepburn, Bette Davis (my grandma's favorite), Audrey Hepburn and Ingrid Bergman (also Swedish).
