I will be posting pictures of my aunt's visit in Sweden.
Now in this entry, there are pictures of our stay at Orient Express, the long-distance passenger train that ran 100 years starting in the 1880's. We actually went to see the animal park, Furuvik, but decided to stay overnight.
Instead of taking the hotel or camping place, we decided - or I urged - to stay at the abandoned Orient Express, I being a former fan of Agatha Christie and that she wrote the book: Murder in the Orient Express, which later became a film (recommendable film!).
Furuvik bought a part of the original train to draw attraction.
It was exciting to see. And even more exciting to stay over! But how the beds stank of piss! It was horrible to sleep! I wonder if kids didn't want to go the toilet and therefore just peed in beds. I hardly wanted to go out to the toilet in the middle of the night myself. The train had a spooky feeling. It was spooky. And smelly. Not recommendable.
But at least my curiosity was quenched.
